“Genesis” is a pendant I created that represents why I love wire wrapping. I fully enjoy creating different textures and gemstone settings, and I recently havent fully dived into a piece where I went all out on all the techniques I know. So this is that piece.

Id consider this piece to have 10 different unique textures, and 6 different gemstone settings in a symmetrical layout.

Genesis features: Fiery Ethiopian Welo Opal, accented with 2 Almandine Garnets, 90's stock Burmese Rubies, 2 Orange Sapphires, 2 Citrines, 2 Round Peridots, and 2 Colombian Emeralds. Above the Opal I set 3 marquis cut Peridots, the center one is from Arizona, and the outer 2 are from Pakistan. 2 Sri Lankan light blue Sapphires tucked in above the marquis Peridots, and a duel gradient of stones in the bail including an orangy citrine, yellow citrine, emerald, blue apatite, and dark blue sapphire.

Measurements: “Genesis” is 8cm tall and 4.2cm at its widest, with an ultra slim profile except for the bail, which can hold up to a 7mm chain.
