Bristle Disc Polishing set

These are one of our go-to tools for polishing and finishing wire pieces, especially when working in tight or detailed areas. We use these with a Dremel to polish out any knicks or marks left by our tools and bring the piece to a nice, clean shine. The flexible bristles make it easy to get into small spaces and around wraps without flattening or damaging the wire, which helps preserve all the detail in the piece.

Dremel rotary tool

This is the rotary tool we use specifically for polishing our wire wraps. We pair it with radial bristle discs to polish out any knicks or marks left by our tools and bring each piece to a clean, smooth shine. The adjustable speed gives us control depending on the piece, and it’s powerful enough to handle consistent polishing without slowing down. It’s been a reliable part of our finishing process.

Polishing compound

This is what we use to get that final mirror-like shine on our pieces. After polishing with our Dremel and discs, we apply this using a buffing attachment on the Dremel to bring out a deep, high-luster finish. It’s especially great for softer metals like copper and silver, helping enhance the color and smoothness without scratching the surface. This is the step that really brings a piece to life at the end.

Polishing Cloth

This is what we use for a final touch-up and shine. After polishing with our Dremel, we use this cloth to clean off any remaining residue and bring out an extra layer of shine. It’s great for quick touch-ups and maintaining the finish without needing any tools. Simple, effective, and something we keep on hand at all times.
